Plastic Steel Plastic Composite Pipe Line
Guangzhou Advance-Tech Co., Ltd is the patentee of this kind of lines.
The production lines are used to make
plastic-steel-plastic (PSP) multilayer pipes.
The external and internal layers of the pipes are plastics, e.g. PE, and the middle layer is a butt-welded normal steel. All the layers are solidly adhered with each other. Therefore, the pipes are also called
plastic steel plastic (PEX-Steel-PEX)composite pipes or composite pressure pipes.

The pipes made by these lines are in compliance with
CJ/T 183-2003.

In 2000, after years of researching and developing, Guangzhou Advance-Tech Co., Ltd developed the first PSP multiplayer pipe and its production line in the world as a patentee. In the meantime, Guangzhou Advance-Tech Co., Ltd developed a technical standard of the PSP pipes. In 2003, the standard was authorized as a National Standard of P.R.China, issued by Ministry of Construction, P. R. China. With this kind of lines and standard, PSP pipes then were born and soon began to be widely used for civil or industrial purposes. The first customer of Advance-Tech Co., Ltd's PSP lines was Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd, who is one of the largest pipes makers in the world .
