Foshan Nanhai Mingyi Machinery Factory, founded in 2009, have 13 years of technical experience as a selling source manufacturer, located in China's stainless steel production base-Foshan city.

 

We are a collection of research, development, production and sales for flower tube machinery products, domestic trade and foreign trade in one of the high-tech enterprises.

 

Mainly produce stainless steel pipe embossing machine, taper pipe machine, bend machine, threading machine and twist machine, forming machine, flat machine, etc. And all kinds of unique shape flower tube mechanical designs.

 I started learning hardware mold making in 1998. I continued to explore mold materials, craftsmanship and engraving, finally accumulated new mold-making techniques and experiences. Then founded Mingyi Machinery with my wife in 2010. I am proud of how Mingyi has become today.
  I studied finance in 1997 and established a mold processing department in 2009. In 2010, my husband and I set up our small processing factory and switched from most outsourcing processing to independent production. In 2012, we further expanded the factory, and the 5,000-square-meter Mingyi Machinery Factory was completed.

History

2009-We Were Born

 

 In 2009, Foshan Nanhai Mingyi Machinery Factory was established. That was the first time I involved pipe molds. At that time, the mold materials and craftsmanship were still EDM. I lead my partners to continuously learn the process of making improved molds-how to polish each burr of the mold, and how to deal with the extra wool. Overcome one technical difficulty after another, and accumulate new mold-making technology and experience.

2010-Independent Production

 

 In 2010, we had our own small processing plant, from most outsourcing processing to independent production, and planned our own organizational system and team. At the beginning of the business, the small processing plant occupies only a few hundred square meters. We are under a lot of pressure for our colleagues to work stably for a long time. But we were still full of confidence and went all the way.

2012-Rapid Development

 

 2012 was a year of rapid development. We moved the factory to the current address-Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City.

2013-The Factory Area Expanded to 5000 Square Meters 

In 2013, it began developing and manufacturing machinery and equipment, and the area was expanded from a few hundred square meters to more than 5,000 square meters. To meet market demands, we continued to expand production and improved the company's organizational structure and department staffing. We continued to introduce top talents in the industry and organize internal personnel to go out to study, targeted breakthroughs in the technical fields of the stainless steel and pipe industry.

02. When the customer cannot provide the drawing, we will discuss it with the technicist and provide a drawing according to the pipe size.
03. Provide various technical support, make operation videos and solve problems.
04. Debug the machine with the technicist, send the video to the customer, and arrange the delivery after confirmation.
05. Provide logo and color pattern customization service according to customer requirements.
06. After placing an order by the customer, inform production progress, mold completion and commissioning status in time.
07. Timely follow-up and provide documents.
08. After-sales service is always available when needed.
09. Help customers find matching resources.
10. Introduce forwarder with favorable price to customers.
11. Buy test tubes for customers for free and send operation videos.
12. Assist customers in selecting sample tubes, recommend new pattern design tubes, coordinate designers to draw drawings, confirm drawings repeatedly. And make molds after confirmed drawings.
13. Under certain conditions, we can assist customers in finding the designs they need in the market. 
14. We will test molds and send samples to customers for confirmation.
15. We can always provide after-sales service through online video conferencing.
